Neon Bestiary — Privacy Policy

Neon Bestiary is published by the NGO “Ukrainian Association of Innovative Technologies” (“we”). This policy explains what happens to your data when you play.

We collect nothing ourselves

We do not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal or usage data. The game has no accounts of its own, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not need an internet connection to play.

Google Play Games (optional)

From version 1.5 the game supports Google Play Games services: a shared leaderboard and achievements. Signing in is optional; without it the game works as before with your best score kept only on the device. When you are signed in, the game sends Google your score and unlocked achievements, linked to your Play Games player ID. Your Play Games nickname and avatar are shown from your Play Games profile; we do not ask for any other details. This data is processed by Google, not by us, under the Google Privacy Policy and the Play Games terms. You can change your Play Games profile visibility, or delete your Play Games data, in the Google Play Games settings (or at myaccount.google.com).

What stays on your device

Your game settings (language, effects, sound) and your best score are saved only on your device so the game remembers them. They never leave the device and are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Permissions

The app uses network access only for Google Play Games (if you sign in) and to open the “Legal information” link in your browser when you tap it. It uses vibration for game feedback if your device supports it.

Children

We do not collect information from anyone, including children under 13. Play Games sign-in follows Google’s own rules for children’s accounts.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.

Neon Bestiary видає ГС «Українська асоціація інноваційних технологій». Тут пояснено, що відбувається з вашими даними під час гри.

Ми самі не збираємо даних

Ми не збираємо, не зберігаємо на своїх серверах, не передаємо й не продаємо жодних персональних даних чи даних про використання. У грі немає власних облікових записів, реклами, аналітики та стеження, а для гри не потрібен інтернет.

Google Play Ігри (за бажанням)

Починаючи з версії 1.5 гра підтримує ігрові сервіси Google Play: спільну таблицю рекордів і досягнення. Вхід необов'язковий; без нього гра працює як раніше, а найкращий результат зберігається лише на пристрої. Коли ви ввійшли, гра надсилає Google ваш рахунок і відкриті досягнення, пов'язані з вашим ідентифікатором гравця Play Ігор. Нік і аватар показуються з вашого профілю Play Ігор; жодних інших відомостей ми не просимо. Ці дані обробляє Google, а не ми, згідно з Політикою конфіденційності Google та умовами Play Ігор. Видимість профілю можна змінити, а дані Play Ігор видалити в налаштуваннях Google Play Ігор (або на myaccount.google.com).

Що лишається на пристрої

Налаштування (мова, ефекти, звук) і найкращий результат зберігаються лише на вашому пристрої, щоб гра їх пам'ятала. Вони не залишають пристрій і видаляються разом із застосунком або його даними.

Дозволи

Доступ до мережі потрібен лише для Google Play Ігор (якщо ви ввійшли) і щоб відкрити посилання «Правова інформація» в браузері, коли ви його натискаєте. Вібрація використовується для відгуку в грі, якщо пристрій її підтримує.

Діти

Ми не збираємо інформації ні від кого, зокрема від дітей до 13 років. Вхід у Play Ігри підпорядковується правилам Google щодо дитячих облікових записів.

Зміни

Якщо політика зміниться, ми оновимо цю сторінку та дату набрання чинності.
